I'm having trouble formatting my job posting. Can you help?

Absolutely! If you're experiencing formatting issues, reach out to us at info@workwhileremote.com. Copying and pasting directly from Word works well, but if you're facing difficulties, try pasting your job description into a plain text file first before copying it into the job board.

Do you offer discounts for multiple job postings?

Yes! When posting a job, you’ll see an option to purchase a job pack. These packs provide cost savings and make posting multiple jobs easier.

How long will my job posting remain online?

Job listings stay active for 60 days. You can remove your posting earlier if the position is filled. If your job includes an application deadline, it may close automatically once that date is reached.

How do I edit my job posting?

After posting your job, you’ll receive an email containing a special link to edit your listing.

Can I get a receipt for my job listing?

Yes! As soon as your job is published, you’ll receive an email with your payment receipt.

I can’t log in. What should I do?

Employers do not need an account to post, edit, or remove job listings. Job seekers, however, require an account to apply for jobs.

Why can’t I see the application details on my job posting?

Application details are visible only to logged-in job seekers. This ensures that only serious candidates apply and helps minimize spam applications.

Once approved, you’ll receive a welcome email with login details so you can start applying to jobs.

My application wasn’t approved. Why?

Applications may be rejected for various reasons, such as incomplete information, missing a resume or professional experience, or not meeting the job board's requirements. If you believe your application should have been approved, or if you'd like to provide additional details, email us at info@workwhileremote.com. If approved, you'll receive a login email within one business day.

I received the welcome email but can’t log in.

If you copied and pasted your login details, make sure there are no extra spaces. If you’re still having trouble, contact us.

Not at this time. workwhileremote.com is a platform for listing and finding remote jobs. Employers post jobs, and job seekers apply directly to them. We do not provide job placement or recruitment services.

Will I receive a confirmation email when I apply for a job?

When you apply through workwhileremote.com, your application is sent directly to the employer. Any confirmation or response will come from the employer.
